Software & Plugins
Everything we build and share. Free and premium Moodle plugins, open-source libraries and tools released to the community, and the little utilities we use every day and hand out for free.
Most of it is open source and available on GitHub, npm and Composer. Pick what you need and use it in your own projects.
Moodle plugins
Open the plugin hub →Our Moodle plugin family: availability conditions, a waiting-room proxy, an hours bank, course-number icons and more. Carefully tested, documented and ready to install from the Moodle plugin directory or from our release archives.
Course number icon filter
Transforms leading numbers (or string) in sections and activities titles into icons.
Open source
Libraries and developer tools we maintain and publish on GitHub, npm and Composer.
CommonMark Heading Shifter
A CommonMark extension that shifts heading levels by a configurable amount, so Markdown written for one context renders correctly in another.
Lance Data Viewer
A read-only web UI for Lance datasets: browse tables in the browser, filter and search server-side, and preview images, audio and video kept in blob columns.
Complex Plans MCP Server
A Model Context Protocol server that gives AI coding agents structured planning and sequential-thinking tools, so complex multi-file changes start from a reviewed plan.
Ocrideu
Optical Character Recognition for European Union identity documents: reads the MRZ, QR codes and barcodes of ID cards that follow the ICAO 9303 standard.
Useitagain.io
Turn an old Android phone into a free smart-home hub: one script installs Home Assistant, Node-RED and Mosquitto on any device running Android 6 or later, no root required.
Zed Use-Subagent Skill
A Zed skill and CLI that let you pick which AI model handles each subagent type, delegating coding, browser testing and exploration to the right model.
Tools
Small, free, no-registration tools we built for the everyday work of running Moodle and Linux servers.
No software or plugin matches your search.
Built for AI assistants too
This site works with AI assistants as well as with people. Every article, plugin and page of documentation is published in a machine-readable form, and an assistant can search our content, check which Moodle version a site is running, contact our team, or request a free temporary Moodle 5.3 platform. The full list is at llms.txt, and the same index as a page at llms.html.
